The invention refers to a volume pump with a screw and pistons, which is used in the automotive industry for hydraulic activation. The volume pump with a screw and pistons ensures the synchronous displacement of two pistons along a rod that is activated by a motor. The pump is made up of a cylinder (4) that has a threaded rod (1) mounted inside, which is threaded in opposite directions for the left and right halves. The threaded rod (1) has stops (2) in between which the pistons (6 and 7) can be displaced. These pistons delimit a chamber (9) that is equipped with an intake valve (11) and a discharge valve (13). Inside the cylinder (4) there are longitudinal keys (5) which do not allow the pistons (6 and 7) to perform a rotating motion, but only a translation motion.
