A composition of piezoelectric ceramics is xPb(Mn1/3Nb2/3) O3-yPbTiO3-zPbZrO3(5 <= x <= 25, 25 <= y <= 65, x+y+z=100) added with 0.3 ~ 1.5 mol% of MnCO3 or MnO2. It is prepared by (1) weighing and mixing raw materials such as PbO, TiO2, ZrO2, Nb2O5, and MnCO3 ro MnO2, which has high purity of 99%, (2) ball milling the raw materials with palnetary ball mill, nylon Jar and YTZ ball mesia in aceton as a dispersion solvent for 2~4 hours, (3) drying and calcining at 830~850≦̸C for 2 hours, (4) remilling and mixing for 4 hours, (5) drying and pressing the mixtyre added with 3 wt.% pure water under 1 ton/cm2 and (6) sintering the pressed mixture in an electric turnace at 1,220~1,300≦̸C for 2 hours.
