PURPOSE:To facilitate the restoration of data by using a deciding/saving means in place of a deciding means. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting function 5 is provided to send the date to a concentrator 2 from plural data transmitting 1 together with a deciding function which decide whether the sequence of the data sent by the function 5 is correct or not, and a saving function 3 which saves the data into a file when the incorrect sequence of data is decided by the deciding function. In such a constitution, the data can be processed in any number of times even if the data is decided to be incorrect due to the failure of restoration as long as the saved data are processed again through an entrance for data and via a deciding means. Thus, the data are decided by the concentrator 2 and the restorable data can be saved. Therefore, even if a fault occurs, it can be quickly restored with use of the saved data. Then, a data restoring job can be facilitated. |
