CONSTITUTION:An isocyanate compound, a metal salt and a plasticizer are added to a polyvinyl chloride including a reaction radical, and they are kneaded together, and a polyvinyl chloride paste resin composition 102 is formed in a sol form, which is applied and molded on a conductor 101, and is heated by a furnace such as electric furnace, to carry out cross-linking reaction in the polyvinyl chloride. A small and inexpensive heating furnace such as electric furnace can be used at the time of cross-linking process, and the size of the manufacturing facility as well as the cost can be reduced compared with a case where a large expensive electron beam radiation device is used as conventional. |
