PURPOSE:To enable the execution of the control of an optical matrix switch with a logic interface. CONSTITUTION:Pads 14 to 21 of a control interface board 30 are connected by bumps to electrodes 6 to 13 of the optical matrix switch 1 and a control circuit 40 of the optical matrix switch 1 is packaged to the control interface board 30, by which the optical matrix switch 1 and the control circuit 40 are integrated and the optical matrix switch 1 is controlled by the interface of the control circuit 40 having the logic input interface. As a result, the adverse influence on other circuits is eliminated and the control is facilitated. |
