PURPOSE:To receive the talking wait service that takes a wait time into account even when a caller mobile station moves in excess of a radio zone of a base station by allowing each mobile station to send periodically dial information including a talking wait time measured by each station. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile station 4x moves in excess of a border of a radio zone, channel wait information as to a mobile station 4x registered in a channel queue storage means corresponding to a base station 3x forming a radio zone 5x of a mobile source is interrupted and registered to a position in response to a channel wait time included in channel wait information corresponding to the base station 3y forming the radio zone 5y at a mobile destination. Then the channel wait information of the mobile station 4x corresponding to the base station 3x is deleted when the interrupt registration is implemented.
