<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the loading of a cassette until the completion of reel shifting by providing a stopper, a sensor for discriminating a kind, a reel shifting mechanism and a stopper releasing means. CONSTITUTION:The distance of a pair of reel bases is preliminarily set as the distance S of the cassette SC of specified size by a reel shifting mechanism and an inhibiting means 21 inhibits the loading of a cassette LC except of the specified size cassette. The cassette SC is loaded as it is. When the cassette LC is inserted in, the inhibiting means 21 inhibits the loading onto the reel base temporarily. The distance of the reel bases is adjusted by the action of the reel shifting mechanism corresponding to the distance between the reels of the cassette LC. When the action is completed, the releasing means releases the inhibition of loading the LC. By releasing, the cassette LC except of the specified size is loaded onto the reel bases for the first time. When the cassette LC is taken out, the reel bases are set by the reel shifting mechanism as the distance S corresponding to the cassette SC of the specified size.</p> |
