<p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of the liquid crystal display element of high quality free from a pixel defect by eliminating an inter-layer short circuit which causes a problem. CONSTITUTION:On an insulating substrate, plural display signal lines 10 and scanning signal lines 2 are formed crossing each other, and switching elements are formed at the respective intersection parts, when a pixel electrodes 9 which is electrically connected to a switching element is formed on the switching element, a voltage of 50-100V is impressed to an intersection part of a display signal line 10 and a scanning signal line 2 for <=1msec and then the switching element is formed.</p> |
