PURPOSE:To remove toner and a carrier, to prolong the life of a photosensitive body, and to obtain stable copying quality for a long period by effectively removing the charge of the carrier stuck on the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:In this image forming device using the carrier having conductivity as a developer. and removing the toner after a transfer is performed. by using a cleaning blade 33, a sealing member 31 coming into contact with the photosensitive body 11 on the upper stream side in the moving direction of the photosensitive body, to the cleaning blade 33, is provided, and the sealing member 31 is constituted with a conductive film. Simultaneously, the contact width N of the sealing member 31 with the photosensitive body 11 is set 5-15mm, and an AC bias applied to the sealing member 31 is set 200-1000Hz, and 400--1000V. |
