PURPOSE: To obtain an IC memory card used by inserting a slot of an electronic apparatus by coupling a ground plane with a peripheral part of at least a cover, as wen as the ground plane having a peripheral ground part on a peripheral board. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board 42 has a ground plane 80, made of a conductive material such as foil. The plane 80 is connected to ground points on circuit elements 44 of the board. To connect a frame 50, the ground plane 80 faces a surface 86 of the frame 50. A bottom cover 54 has a horizontally expanding face 90 and vertically expanding bent end 92. A top cover 52 has a face 94 and bend end 96 contacting the conductive frame at the top end. This. eliminates the need to use springs for interconnecting the top face and bottom face covers and the ground plane. Thus a memory card which is insertable into a slot of an electronic apparatus is obtd.
