摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a simulating system which simulates the fault of an electric power system during the course of training to simulate the occurrence of a change of state in real time during the course of training by generating changes of the state of a protective relay and switch in real time in accordance with time in a simulator. CONSTITUTION:When the accident set by means of a man-machine device 1 in a training preparing stage is generated by means of an accident generating means 2, a system data simulating means 3 first prepares the admittance data, etc., of a system from the turning on/off state of a currently used circuit breaker and stores the data, etc., in a simulation data file 4. Then a fault calculating means 5 prepares the faulty current and faulty voltage at the time of the accident based on the data and stores the current and voltage in an accident-time system data file 6 and a protective relay operation simulating means 7 simulates the operation of the protective relay in the system in which the accident occurs based on the stored data. Then a change-of-state generating means 9 sends the simulation to an electric power system simulating means 10 when the time at which a change of state occurs comes. Thus the system of the man-machine device 1 is simulated in real time.
