PURPOSE:To improve molding precision of the inner diameter at a socket part and increase the production speed by a method wherein a core is drawn out as a partial ringed uncured part is left on the molding material layer on a core mold which moves in the axial direction on a core and the uncured part is expanded in diameter and then cured. CONSTITUTION:A zonal material 12 like paper etc. is wound on a core 11 in a spirl form through adhesives on the outer surface so as to form a core mold 15 and the core mold 15 is let to move toward the front as rotated around the core 11. The molding material layer 19 is formed as molding material 19' like a FRP material etc. is wound on a core mold 15 wound by a mold releasing film 18. As heating by a high frequency heating furnace 20 is stopped partially and a partial ringed uncured part is left, a core 11 is drawn out through a heating furnace 21. An outer mold 24 for forming a socket is mounted on an uncured part 231 of a pipe body 23, pressure steam is sent between shield plates 25, 25 and cured as it is expanded in diameter, the pipe is cut nearly at the middle of the expanded part to obtain a pipe with socket. |
