The grid (1) has a guide rail securable to the wall on floor by which the grid is connectable to the wall in a movable and adjustable manner. The tiles are inserted between the grid fields and pressed against the wall etc with alignment to the edges of the grid fields. A suitable mortar or tile adhesive provides the securing to the wall on floor. The grid can be repeatedly displaced, dependent on the spacing of the laid tiles. The guide rail may accommodate several grids. USE/ADVANTAGE - Easy and rapid tile alignment even for unskilled person.
