PURPOSE:To obtain a cement flooring having a breaking strength of 1000kg or more by a method wherein the cement flooring is press molded using a net-form fiber reinforcing material that is made of high-strength, low-stretchable fibers, a grid-form fiber reinforcing material, and a short-fiber reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:High-strength long-fiber strands are orthogonally crossed into a grid from by 2-6 strands per 10cm<2>. This is made a grid-form fiber reinforcing material by being cured with a thermosetting resin. Thereon, a net-form fiber reinforcing material in which high-strength long-fiber strands are slantly crossed by 2-3 strands per 1cm<2> is disposed. Furthermore, thereon a short-fiber reinforcing material is dispersedly compounded. The total compounding amount of the short-fiber reinforcing materials is 0.5-3.0% of a main material made of a cement and an aggregate. A slurry with the short fibers added is charged into the form. This is press molded under 20-100kg/cm<2> into a flooring for heavy loading. The flooring each having a maximum breaking strength of 1000kg or more can bear heavy loading. |
