PURPOSE:To obtain an antibody separating and purifying method capable of efficiently providing a high-purity antibody from an antibody-containing liquid by retaining activity of the obtained antibody in a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:An antibody-containing liquid is passed through a column in which an ion exchanger having both of an anionic exchange group and a cationic exchange group is packed to afford an antibody-containing effluent and the antibody-containing effluent is passed through a column in which hydroxyapatite is packed.
