PURPOSE:To provide a weather strip capable of installing it by bending with a hollow seal part kept in a hollow state by making smaller both curvature and bent angle according to a sharp corner part at a door opening of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Using a pair of corner forming dies B1 and B2 for the forming surfaces 1 and 2 of which a forming projected part and forming recessed part are provided, respectively, a possible corner installation part of a non-vulcanized extruded product is clamped by the corner forming dies B1 and B2 immediately after extrusion has been completed, run together with the extruded product, and an entire hollow seal part Ws including a part between the corner forming dies B1 and B2 is vulcanized and formed. Then the corner forming dies B1 and B2 are removed from the extruded product to form a corner mounting curved part C of small curvature at the hollow seal part Ws. |
