PURPOSE:To prevent air-lock by allowing paint to flow along the surface of a resin panel to form a coating layer on the surface of the resin panel and subsequently removing an opening closure part to form an opening to the bottom part of a recessed part. CONSTITUTION:Circular recessed parts 24, 24 are formed on the surface of a resin panel 22 and the bottom parts of the respective recessed parts are closed by disc-shape opening closure parts 26 and circular arc-shape ridge walls 30 having open parts 28 on the downstream side in the flow direction of the paint injected from a paint injection part 20 are formed on the surfaces of the respective opening closure parts 26. After the resin panel 22 is placed on the cavity surface 10a of a lower mold 10, a lift cylinder 14 is operated to close an upper mold 12 with respect to the lower mold 10 to set the resin panel 22 to the cavity between the molds 10,12. Thereafter, the coating layer of paint is formed on the surface of the resin panel 22. The paint flows along the surface of the resin panel but a part of the paint going around the recessed parts 24 flows backward to enter the interiors of the ridge walls 30 from the open parts 28 of the ridge walls 30. |
