PURPOSE:To improve flame resistance, water proof and water repellent performances, thermal insulation and appearance by coating a mixed processing agent of a thermal melting polyurethane resin and a specific phosphate compound on the back of a cloth made of a flame resistant polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION:The back of a cloth of woven, knitting, mocket, etc., made of a flame resistant polyester fiber is coated with a processing agent in which thermal melting polyurethane resin is mixed with a phosphate compound represented by a formula I with the weight ratio of 90:10 to 60:40. However, Z1, Z2 and Z3 in the formula I are groups chosen from an aliphatic group, aromatic group, aliphatic halide group where a part of hydrogen atoms are substituted by halogen atoms and aromatic halide group. By this, flame resistance, water proof and water repellent performances, thermal insulation, appearance, feeling, etc., can be improved. |
