PURPOSE:To predict a predicting signal being a final output with high accuracy, even if a signal contains an offset at the time of optimizing operation by adding a predictive constant for a correction determined in advance to a product sum operation. CONSTITUTION:A signal generated like a time series in accordance with a movement of an object is detected by a signal detecting part 1, and the signal from this signal detecting part 1 is stored by a signal storage part 2. A predictive coefficient storage part 3 stores at least two kinds or more predictive coefficients for predicting the signal at a prescribed time point and thereafter, and a predictive constant storage part 4 stores a predictive constant at the time of predicting the signal at the prescribed time point and thereafter. A signal predicting arithmetic part 5 predicts and calculates the signal at the prescribed time point and thereafter, based on outputs from the signal detecting part 1 and the signal storage part 2, or the output from the signal storage part 2, the predictive coefficient, and the predictive constant. |
