PURPOSE:To prepare a schedule in which the device quantity in an intermediate process is taken into consideration, and to shorten the delivery term of a product. CONSTITUTION:A necessary quantity and a schedule in a final process are imparted (step 101), and based on them, an accumulated calculation of a daily required quantity in each process is performed (step 103), a schedule fetching a processing quantity in each intermediate process and a processing lot in the intermediate process is determined (step 105), and in the case the processing quantity in each intermediate process exceeds the processing capacity (step 106), the schedule satisfies the processing restriction of each process (step 107). |
