<p>PURPOSE:To attach the decorative sheet of an ornament part for a door trim possible to reduce cost and good in finish. CONSTITUTION:When a skin 2 is unified with a door trim base material 1 by vacuum molding, the undercut shape part 2B is formed to the peripheral edge of the recessed part 2A becoming the ornament part of the skin 2 so as to be depressed outwardly. A decorative sheet 3 having a predetermined shape formed in a separate process is prepared and, when the decorative sheet 3 is bonded to the recessed part 2A of the skin 2, the terminal of the decorative sheet 3 is inserted in the undercut shape part 2B of the recessed part 2 and concealed by the outer peripheral edge of the recessed part 2a of the skin 2.</p> |
