PURPOSE:To provide a compound for a bond magnet which can remove an uneven filling-up at molding the magnet, which can suppress the dispersion of a characteristic of the molded magnet, and in which the molding can readily be automatized. CONSTITUTION:A rare-earth-iron system nitride magnetic powder represented as a general equation R-Fe-N is pulverized to be a particle having a particle size of an average particle size 10 to 500mum. R in the equation is an element of one kind or more which is selected of rare-earth elements (La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, and Y). A flow characteristic of a compound is enhanced by making the particle and an uneven filling-up is removed and dispersion in a magnetic characteristic of a magnetic molded body is reduced. Further, a blockade of the compound in a hopper and a feeder part is reduced at molding and an automation becomes easy. |
