<p>PURPOSE:To perform a stable OFF operation by supplying a high frequency current having sufficient amplitude to a light emitting diode when an optical signal is turned ON, thereby turning ON optical signals accurately in synchronization, and absorbing a surge voltage generated at the time of turning OFF the signals, i.e., when currents flowing to the respective diodes are cut OFF. CONSTITUTION:The transmitting circuit comprises a parallel circuit having a current limiting resistor 2 and a capacitor 7, a light emitting diode 3 connected to the circuit, a switch 4 connected in series with the diode 3 to control ON/OFF of the current flowing to the diode 3, and a capacitor 8 connected between an anode of the diode 3 and a ground.</p> |
