PURPOSE:To structure a video transmission network system in free form. CONSTITUTION:When the same image and sound are broadcasted between buildings 1 and 2, signals of the image and sound are sent to an optical spatial transmitter (optical transmission side) from a head end 11 for the retransmission of a broadcast and self-broadcasting on the side of the building 1 and converted by an E/0 conversion part in the transmitter 13 into a light signal, which is optically transmitted. The sent light signal, on the other hand, is received by an optical spatial transmitter (optical reception side) 23 on the side of the building 2 and sent to a head end 21. Then the same program with the image and sound broadcast through the CATV network 12 of the building 1 is delivered from the head end 21 of the building 2 to a CATV network 22. |
