PURPOSE:To produce a protein or a peptide without undergoing the decomposition. CONSTITUTION:A fusion protein or peptide in which a peptide without containing cysteine in the N-terminal is connected to the N-terminal of a protein or a peptide having the cysteine in the N-terminal is produced and then subjected to reaction for cleaving the peptide bond to produce the objective peptide without containing the cysteine. Thereby, the objective peptide without containing the cysteine can be mass-produced.
