PURPOSE:To provide the document preparing device which can execute a comment processing at a high speed, and easily. CONSTITUTION:When data stored in a storage device 3 is displayed on a screen of a display device 5, and a comment is made on the displayed data, a commentting area setting means provides an area for displaying its comment on its display screen. Subsequently, the comment is written in this commentting area, and a comment symbol for showing a relation between the commented data and its comment is added. Also, there comment and comment symbol are stored. Moreover, the comment symbol is re-set in accordance with a position of the data which is an object of its comment. Furthermore, the comment symbol displayed on the display device 5 and its comment stored in the storage device 3 are deleting means. |
