摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a fear of a fire and explosion occurring, to improve safety, and to reduce size by a method wherein a catalyst body for reforming hydrogen through which steam from a steam generator and raw material gas are caused to pass and which reforms hydrogen gas to hydrogen rich gas is carried on the outer surface of a porous solid body and formed on a wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A light collecting heat collecting device body 2 changes a direction in linkage with a device always following the direction of solar beams during a day and controlling. A porous catalyst body 59 has a surface formed of a porous heat resisting fired material, such as aluminum, formed in a spherical shape and having a uniform thickness, and a catalyst body for reforming hydrogen is carried on the surface of a porous solid 25. The temperature of the porous catalyst body 59 is always measured. When the temperature exceeds some temperature, an automatic control valve 28 and a throttle valve 27 are brought into an opening state to feed steam and natural gas. Reformed hydrogen rich gas heats a vaporizer 24 and is collected to a storage tank 32. An automatic control valve 33 is opened when a power is needed to feed hydrogen rich gas to the anode side 35 of a fuel cell 34, and power generation is practicable through the feed of compressed air to the cathode side 39.
