The torque converter body (1) is supplied with hydraulic operating fluid and is connected to rotation element on input side. Element on drive side attachable with torque converter body is connected with element on output side which is elastically connected by elastic connector to output shaft. When coupling part of force disengagement coupling (2) is engaged force from torque converter body is transferred by coupling to output shaft and any shocks which are used during engagement are absorbed by elastic connector. When coupling part is disengaged there is no force transmission to element on output side. Oil pump gear wheel and oil pump ensure lubrication. USE/ADVANTAGE- Smoother operation of torque converter.
