Tools (5) are arranged along part of the electro spindle (3) grippers from the rotating head (4) of the spindle. A drive (32), also so arranged, slides the grippers in both directions to the vertical (Z). A tool magazine (13) is arranged in a tool changing position and has several tool seats (15) and is served by a first drive. The electro spindle slides between two positions, the first being a work piece (10) processing position and the second to the different seats of the magazine for picking the tools.
