The wheel for a vehicle consists of a wheel disc (1) perforated in the outer region. A rim bed (3,31,32) formed as a single piece is attached to the wheel disc. A ring (2) extends from the leading side of the wheel disc close to and at a distance from the rim bed. A narrow nozzle-like channel (4) is formed between the end (22) of the ring and the ring bed to conduct cooling air to the brake disc. USE/ADVANTAGE - Vehicle wheel construction gives visual enlargement of wheel disc area with minimal outlay in material.
