PURPOSE:To manage character data with a small memory capacity by quickly accessing character data in the character data management system for management of character data. CONSTITUTION:This system adopts the constitution where a character data storage file is divided in accordance with classifications of character attributes and character data having assigned character attributes are stored in respective divided character data storage files 2-1 to 2-2n and names unequivocally expressing the character attributes of stored character data are used as their file names, and this system is so constituted that character data designated by a character code out of character data managed in divided character data files 2-1 to 2-2n designated by a character attribute is specified as requested character data at the time when the character attribute and the character code are designated to request character data. |
