PURPOSE:To provide an oxide superconductor having a high critical current density and to further promote utilization of oxide superconductor. CONSTITUTION:A mixture comprising oxides of elements or oxide forming compounds constituting an oxide superconductor is molded or calcined, the molded article is burnt in an oxidizing atmosphere and heat-treated under pressure to give a sintered material. Two or more of the sintered materials are laminated and heat-treated under pressure again in an oxidizing atmosphere. |
