PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately deposit and manage the important bonds (bankbooks, certificates, cash cards, etc.) and to reduce the office work at each business office of a bank. CONSTITUTION:The information on the deposited objects are inputted through an input device 1. Then the device 1 is connected to a database 13 via a communication circuit and the depositing fact of the objects is registered. An input device 4 is added to automatically and instantaneously read such objects having the magnetic stripes as the bankbooks, the cash cards, etc. In the same way, the objects to be returned are deleted from a database 13 via both devices 1 and 4. The users can occasionally inquire the objects registered in the database 13 through a printer 13. Thus the deposited objects can be inquired and accurately managed. |
