摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To transport an extremely low temperature fluid without causing torsion at a rotationally moving transport destination by providing a universally rotational joint part. CONSTITUTION:A double pipe structure consisting of a main piping and a vacuum heat insulation piping is divided into two sections, the first section and the second section, and one end part of the second main piping 21 as an inner pipe is fitted around one end part of the first vacuum insulation piping 12 as an outer pipe. At this fitting section (ordinary temperature section), the first vacuum heat insulation piping 12 and the second main piping 21 are connected together by a rotational universal pipe joint 30. In an X-ray diffraction instrument, one side of a double pipe structure can be rotated integratedly with a sample that is a transport destination o the extremely low temperature fluid.</p>
