PURPOSE:To improve the probability of replying to other calls by transmitting transmission request data after waiting for a prescribed period of time or over from a last reception in the data transmission reception by the facsimile equipment and particularly to improve the utilizing rate of the facsimile equipment and the line in the case of the facsimile equipment taking priority in favor of reception rather than transmission when two facsimile equipments or over are of use. CONSTITUTION:The facsimile equipment starting transmission after reading transmission data once in a memory is provided with a reception priority instructing section 1 designating whether or not reception has priority, and when the reception priority instructing section 1 instructs the reception priority and a transmission request takes place, a transmission suppression controlling section 2 compares the current time with the time when the facsimile equipment completes reception at the final time stored in a final reception time storage section 6 to discriminate whether or not the specified time elapses, and imparts a transmission instruction to a transmission reception controlling section 7 when the specified elapses and it suspends the transmission when the specified time does not elapse to await reception. |
