PURPOSE:To provide an electronic mail system having a function informing the operating state of the system to a system manager. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a delivery necessary time calculation means (B1) calculating a mail delivery necessary time (d1i) required from a transmission time (ti1) to a delivery time (t2i) of an electronic mail (Mi; i=1, 2,...) delivered within a prescribed time and with a means informing information relating to the mail delivery necessary time (d1i) to a system manager, and also with a means informing information relating to a mail read necessary time required from a delivery time (t2i) to a read time (t3i) of an electronic mail (Mi; i=1, 2,...) read within a prescribed time and relating to a similar mail delete necessary time to the system manager. |
