PURPOSE:To inspect whether or not the connection between the I/O terminal and the I/O pad is correct by checking the connection of LSI packages, LSI chips and LSI testing device based on the operation result. CONSTITUTION:A data management device 4 stores logic circuit diagram information, connection correspondence information, arithmetic expected value, arithmetic result and inspection result corresponding to the terminal connection. When the specification of the logic circuit diagram information of the data management device 4 and arithmetic processing command specified by pin correspondence information are inputted from an input unit 1, the logic circuit diagram information and the I/O terminal connection correspondence information are linked to make the arithmetic processing from the LSI package I/O terminal or from the I/O terminal of the LSI testing device through I/O terminal connection correspondence information to the logic circuit diagram information. The result of arithmetic processing is stored in a data management device 4. Further, when the specification of the arithmetic operation result and the I/O terminal connection inspecting command with the expected value specified are entered, a connection inspecting function 5 operates to discriminate whether or not the I/O connection correspondence is correct. |
