摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a photosensitive compsn. giving a satisfactory visible image by exposure and having high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive compsn. contains an o-quinonediazido compd., an alkali-soluble resin, a compd. which generates an acid or a free radical when irradiated with active light, a coloring material which alters its color tone by interaction with the photodegraded product of the generating compd. and a compd. represented by the formula (where R is aryl or a heterocyclic group and X is halogen).
