PURPOSE:To provide a production machine operation schedule planning device capable of properly controlling the stock of semiproducts. CONSTITUTION:Semiproducts obtained by printing data on an original material by a printer 1 are temporarily stored in a semiproduct warehouse 3, embossed by an embossing working machine 2 and shipped as products. In the case of planning the operation schedule of the printer 1 and the working machine 2 in the system, total stock Q in the warehouse 3 is referred to. When the Q is too much, a schedule for processing items having a slow printing processing speed by the printer 1 with priority is planned, and when the Q is too less, a schedule for processing items having a high printing processing speed by the printer 1 with priority is planned. |
