PURPOSE:To easily suppress the generation of sparks by adding only a simple circuit for discharging energy discharged when short-circuiting occurs between an output terminal and ground terminal. CONSTITUTION:By connecting a forward diode D5 and high-resistor R5 in parallel between a capacitor C1 and ground terminal GND, the energy discharged when short-circuiting occurs between an output terminal OUT and the ground terminal GND is dissipated through the resistor R5 so as to reduce the discharge current. |
