PURPOSE:To shorten a delay time by serially connecting a diode between an output terminal and an output transistor, and separating the junction capacitance of the output transistor from the output terminal. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is equipped with an output circuit constituted of a bipolar transistor. Then, a diode 3 is serially connected in a forward direction between an output terminal 1 connected with the collector of an output transistor 2, and the output transistor 2, and the junction capacitance Cs of the output transistor 2 is serially connected with the junction capacitance Cd of the diode 3, so that the junction capacitance Cs of the output transistor 2 can be separated from the output terminal 1. Thus, the high speed of the delay time of the signal can be attained. |
