摘要 The sliding contact is formed by compressing an electrically conductive powder (1). This contains one end (2e) of an electric conductor (2) such as a wire, cable or flex. The end (2) of the wire (2) is held in the powder (1)to ensure simultaneously the formation of the sliding contact and the mechanical fastening and electrical connection of the wire (2). The density of at least a region of the compressed powder (1) in contact with the end (2e) of the wire (2) is greater than the average density of the powder (1) forming a higher compression zone around the end (2e) so that the stability of the mechanical connection is improved when the sliding contact undergoes vibration.
