PURPOSE:To obtain a waterproof sheet having a nonwoven fabric developing excellent productivity and dimensional stability at the time of production work and easily susceptible to work releasing the end parts of a nonwoven fabric layer and a waterproof sheet layer at the time of the execution to a surface to be executed. CONSTITUTION:In a waterproof sheet having a nonwoven fabric obtained by bonding a waterproof sheet layer 1 and a nonwoven fabric layer, the nonwoven fabric layer is composed of a laminate consisting of a spun bond type nonwoven fabric layer 3 and a needle punch type nonwoven fabric layer 2.
