NON-CONTACT BEARING DEVICE AND POLARIZATION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a non-contact bearing device and a polarization device which are superior in reliability and durability and are low costwise, by using a thrust magnetic bearing portion of an attraction type for the support of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:This is a non-contact bearing device in which a fixed shaft 12 fixed at a housing 17 and a rotary body 20 having a hoolow portion 21a into which the fixed shaft 12 is inserted, are equipped, and the rotary body 20 is supported at the fixed shaft 12 by means of a dynamic pressure air radial bearing portion 25. A permanent magnet 31 is provided on one side out of the rotary body 20 and an upper lid 13, and at the same time a magnetic body 32 is provided on the other side, and the rotary body 20 is supported in a non- contact state axially by the attracting force of the permanent magnet 31 and the magnetic body 32. It is desirable that the permanent magnet 31 is provided at the rotary body 20 and the magnetic body 32 is provided at the upper lid 13 and a microhole 36a is provided at a place opposite to the shaft end surface of the fixed shaft 12 out of the rotary body 20.
