PURPOSE:To obtain a new aminopyridine-based compound useful as a medicine for cardiovascular system, especially a therapeutic agent for hypertension, having high and durable antihypertensive action, telangiectatic action, coronary vasodilating action, cerebrovascular vasodilating action, etc., and slight side effects. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formula I ((n) is 0 or 1; Z is S, O, NCN or CHNO2; R1 is CN, NR3R4, CONR3R4, NHNR3R4, NHCONHR3, NHSO2R3 or SR3; R2 to R4 are H, alkyl or cycloalkyl which may be substituted and R3 to R4 are aryl, acyl which may be substituted, alkoxycarbonyl, etc.) or its acid addition salt such as (4-amino-3-pyridyl)thiourea hydrochloride. A compound of formula 1-1 among the compound is produced by reacting a compound of formula 2 with a compound of formula 3 and a compound of formula 1-2 (Z is NCN or CHNO2) is produced by reacting a compound of formula 2 with a compound of formula 4 and reacting the obtained compound of formula 5 with a compound of formula 6. |
