PURPOSE:To prevent flaws from occurring in a glass surface by coating the surface of a polyhedral inorganic powder, having a specific particle size distribution and composed of SiO2, Al2O3 and a complex salt consisting essentially thereof with a silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:Raw powder such as Na2SiO3 and NaAl2O is blended so as to provide a prescribed weight ratio of SiO2/Al2O3/Na2O and dilute sulfuric acid is added and mixed therewith to prepare an aqueous solution at a prescribed concentration. The resultant gel of sodium aluminosilicate is aged, subsequently heated for a prescribed time while being gently stirred, then pressurized crystallized. The obtained crystallized gel is filtered, washed with water and subsequently dried to afford polyhedral inorganic powder, composed of a complex salt consisting essentially of SiO2 and Al2O3 and having 5-40mum average grain diameter and 1.40-1.60 refractive index. The surface of the powder is then coated with a silicone resin such as sodium methylsiliconate in an amount of 0 1-30wt.% based on the powder and modified. Thereby, the objective peeling agent used for laminated glass or a space between ceramic plates is obtained. |
