PURPOSE:To awake a driver's attention when a car runs an induction route in reverse. CONSTITUTION:Referring to map-data stored in a CD-read-only memory 1, an existent link detecting element 13 detects each node existing at just before or after a car position looking in the car traveling direction as respective front and rear nodes on a road where the car position is existent. A discriminant part 19 collates each of the detected front and rear nodes to a nodal line stored in an induction route memory 18, thereby discriminating whether these front and rear nodes of an exsistent link exist in normal or reverse order in the nodal line. When the discriminant part 19 has judged it exists in the reverse order, a warning control part 20 displays such letters writing the effect that the car runs the induction route in reverse, on a map display scope and simultaneously a voice output speaking the effect that the car runs the induction route in reverse is carried out. |
