PURPOSE:To obtain a binder which gives the excellent slurry property, excellent moldability and a raw sheet having high density and smooth surface by incorporating a copolymer of a carboxylic group containing unsaturated monomer and (metha) acrylic alkyl ester. CONSTITUTION:The binder for molding ceramic contains the copolymer or its salt of (A) 5.5-18.0wt.% carboxylic group containing unsaturated monomer and (B) 65.6-94.5wt.% one kind of a monomer selected from a (metha) acrylic alkyl ester having 1-8C alkyl group and a (metha) alkoxyalkyl ester having 1-4C. And by blending (C) a copolymer or its salt expressed by a formula (R1 is H or methyl, R2 is H, 1-4C alkyl or phenyl, (n) >=2) into the composition, the ceramic raw sheet further excellent in flexibility is obtained. |
