PURPOSE:To facilitate the transportation of a container after sucking and collecting a waste liquid contg. bodily fluid and to enable the easy incineration of the waste liquid together with the container. CONSTITUTION:The treating container 1 has a storage container 2 for storing the waste liquid contg. the bodily fluid. The storage container 2 is provided with a waste liquid introducing pipe 7 and discharge pipe 8 communicated with the inside of the container. A filter 17 which can separate infectious microorganisms in the bodily fluid is provided in the storage container 2 and a discharge pipe 12 for discharging the moisture in the waste liquid past the filter to the outside is provided. A stop valve 14 is provided at the discharge pipe 12.
