PURPOSE:To prevent inconveniences such as leak of contents or the like by impact of drop or the like by providing a practically sufficient fusion bond region to a sealing part of a resin by a method wherein an inside of a multilayer cylindrical parison consisting of at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin which is extruded from a diehead is purged with inert gas, and direct blowing is carried out. CONSTITUTION:Resin plasticized with an extruder is extruded via a diehead 14, and a multilayer cylindrical parison 1 consisting of at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin is molded. An air pipe is provided at the center of the die head 14, and nitrogen gas is sent into the parison 1 from the air pipe. Then, after the parison 1 has reached a specific length, the parison 1 is introduced into a cavity 4 of a die 3 for blow molding under an open die state. After closing the die 3, the parison 1 is cut with a cutter 5. Compressed air is blown into the parison 1 from a blowing nozzle 6, and a blow molded article 13 is manufactured. |
